Students of Istanbul Kültür University may enroll in an additional undergraduate program (Minor Program) in a different department from their major, upon request. Students who successfully complete both their major undergraduate program and the minor program are awarded a Minor Certificate in addition to their Bachelor's Degree Diploma.

No tuition fee is charged for the second program (minor) attended by students enrolled in a Minor Program, within the framework of the provisions set out in the "IKU Regulation on Double Major and Minor Programs."
